Consumer satisfaction is one of the key factors in the development of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus.
In this regard, the Academy of Public Administration annually monitors consumer satisfaction with the quality of educational services. The target audience is students and graduates of the Academy, as well as the employers of the personnel.
The conducted research allows us to periodically assess the overall satisfaction of consumers with the quality of educational services in general, specific criteria and analyze their impact on the overall assessment, as well as evaluates the commitment of consumers to the Academy of Public Administration.
