Accommodation and registration

Foreign students are given the opportunity to stay in the dormitory of the Academy of Public Administration at the address: Shchorsa st., 5. The cost of living in a hostel is approved annually by the rector of the Academy of Public Administration.

Assistance in registration at the place of stay

All foreign citizens who have come to study at the Academy of Public Administration are required on the first day of their stay in the Republic of Belarus, with the exception of weekends, public holidays and holidays, to come to the Department of International Cooperation and Educational Programmes for registration procedure and have the following documents:

• foreign (in the absence - national) passport with a visa of the Republic of Belarus (for countries with a visa-free regime - only a passport);

• migration card;

• insurance policy.

After registration, the foreigner is obliged to submit a copy of the registration to the Department of International Cooperation and Educational Programmes within 3 days.

After the conclusion of the contract for training, a temporary residence permit is issued in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

Necessary expenses of foreign applicants in the Republic of Belarus

1. Mandatory primary medical examination - $ 70-80

2. Medical insurance - 170 euros (1 year)

3. Registration for the period of stay - $ 12 (1 month), $ 34 (1 year)

4. Exit visa - $ 23

5. Exit-entry visa - $34 

6. Accommodation in a hostel - $60-70
