Every year a new generation of the first-year students of the Academy starts their incredible journey into the world of knowledge and scientific research. Enrollees who have obtained their higher education at establishments of foreign countries while submitting documents to the enrolment board should submit alongside with the official document certifying their higher education and its copy, the certificate that proves the document of higher education issued in a foreign country and determines its correspondence to the document of higher education of the Republic of Belarus. To make out this certificate one should file a request with the Department attesting documents of the Republican Higher School Institute at the address: Moskovskaya Street, 15, Office 219, Minsk; telephone / fax: (+375 17) 2281313; email: mitskevich@nihe.by.
