Governance of the Academy

The Rector exercises the overall administration of the Academy; determines and supervises its main activities including those on international, scientific, and technical cooperation; determines policies in the accomplishment of the Academy objectives, and provides for the fulfillment of the statutory requirements of the Charter of the Academy of Public Administration. 

The Vice-rectors, the Director of the Civil Service Institute, the Director of the Managerial Personnel Institute, the Director of the Theory and Practice of Public Administration Research Institute, the Head of the Human Resources and Legal Support Division, the Head of the Financial Division – the Chief Accountant, the Head of the Information and Analytical Division, the Head of the Office of International Cooperation and Educational Programmes, the Head of Planning and Economic Unit, the Specialist for Security of Classified Information, and the Personal Assistant to Rector are directly accountable to the Rector of the Academy of Public Administration.
