Upon completion of training, a state diploma is issued with the assignment of a master's degree.

The term of study in the correspondence form is 1 year 6 months.

Persons who have received a higher education of the first stage, confirmed by an appropriate educational document, can enter the mater studies of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus.

Citizens of Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, as well as foreign citizens who have a residence permit in the Republic of Belarus, can apply:

• at the expense of the republican budget, if they will receive master`s degree education for the first time;

• on a paid basis provided for Belarusian students - at the expense of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, individuals or a citizen's own funds;

• on the terms provided for foreign citizens.

Foreign citizens and stateless persons can enter the master studies:

• in accordance with international treaties of the Republic of Belarus at the expense of the budget or on a paid basis;

• based on the results of an interview that establishes the level of proficiency in the language of instruction in volumes sufficient for mastering the content of the master's educational program, on a paid basis;

• based on the results of the final certification when mastering the content of the educational program for preparing persons for admission to higher education institutions of the Republic of Belarus on a paid basis.

Persons who have received higher education in organizations of foreign states, when submitting documents to the admissions committee, together with the original and a copy of the document on higher education, provide the original and a copy of the certificate of recognition of the document of education issued in a foreign state, and the establishment of its equivalence (compliance) with the document on education of the Republic of Belarus.

Education at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus is carried out in Russian.

Study invitation

Documents to be provided:

• application of the established form addressed to the rector of the Academy of Public Administration;

• a copy of a higher education diploma and annex to it, or a copy of an education document confirming the receipt by a citizen of a higher education equivalent to the first stage of higher education in the Republic of Belarus, indicating the disciplines studied and the marks obtained on them;

• a copy of the identity document, certified in accordance with the established procedure. In the case of submission of documents by a representative of the applicant, a document proving the identity of the representative is presented, and a copy of the document proving the identity of the applicant is submitted, certified in accordance with the established procedure;

• the conclusion of the medical consulting commission issued by the territorial health organization of the Republic of Belarus (after passing the mandatory medical examination);

• a medical certificate on the state of health and a certificate of absence of HIV infection, issued by the official health authority of the country from which the candidate came to study;

• documents confirming nationality (for Belarusians who are citizens of foreign states or stateless persons);

• 4 photos 3x4 cm;

• if available, a list and copies of published scientific works, reports on completed research and development are submitted.

Documents executed in a foreign language are accompanied by their notarized translation into Russian or Belarusian.

Identity cards and original documents must be presented in person.

Sending documents

Preliminary copies of documents are sent to the e-mail of the Department of International Cooperation and Educational Programmes: interbiz@pac.by или admission.pacby@gmail.com.

Examination of documents

The Department of International Cooperation and Educational Programmes within 5 working days conducts a preliminary examination of the submitted documents.

In case of a positive decision, the candidate is sent an official invitation to study, which is necessary to obtain a study visa. The term for preparing an invitation is at least 2 weeks.

A study visa is issued at the consular office of the Republic of Belarus at the place of residence (for foreign citizens from countries with a visa regime for entering the Republic of Belarus).
