The information and educational event dedicated to the results of the Second Session of the Seventh All-Belarusian People's Assembly was prepared with the assistance of the Belarusian Society "Knowledge".
The purpose of the event is not only to inform about the key decisions and directions outlined at the All-Belarusian People's Assembly, but also to involve young people in a dialogue about the country's future, discussing the prospects and the role of each citizen in achieving the set goals.
The Rector Denis Duk reminded that the President instructed his supporters to convey the messages of the All-Belarusian People's Assembly to the people, so today's meeting is an opportunity to discuss the tasks set by the President.
– Our dialogue platform is designed for three target audiences: students, listeners, and employees of the Academy of Public Administration. The most important message is addressed to young people: they are to build the future and carry out the President's instructions. The President emphasized that only conscientious work can help achieve this.
The Rector noted that most young people are determined and have the strength and resources to create a future for Belarus. Denis Duk emphasized that success for young people is based on three important pillars: a strong family, traditional values, and hard work.
Alexey Avdonin, Chairman of the Board of the Belarusian Knowledge Society, stressed that students need to possess the necessary skills, such as hard work, to become successful managers in the public sector.
Alexander Lukyanov, Head of the Main Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Minsk City Executive Committee, noted that a generational shift will occur in the near future, and it is crucial to maintain continuity in power. Therefore, the number of young people in all branches of government will increase to 15 percent.
The discussion of the results of the All-Belarusian People's Assembly was conducted in the form of a dialogue. The students were interested in the role of law in modern society and the state, the future of Belarusian-American relations, and the qualities and competencies that young people need to possess in order to implement the socio-economic development program for 2026-2030.
