On February 10–11, Moscow hosted the First International Congress of Public Administration. During the plenary session, "Public Administration XXI: Between Speed and Meaning," participants discussed improving the efficiency of public administration, the digital transformation of government bodies, human potential development, and measures required to provide services to citizens and create conditions for business development at a qualitatively new level.
Denis Duk, Rector of the Presidential Academy (Belarus), held a working meeting with Alexey Komissarov, Rector of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (RANEPA). The parties discussed future cooperation, the implementation of additional professional education programs, the "Visiting Professor" project, and other joint initiatives.
Denis Duk also participated in the sessions "Evolution of Regulatory Policy: A Business Perspective" and "New Technologies for Increasing the International Prestige of BRICS." During the session "Global Experience in the Development of Public Administration Systems," the Rector presented a report titled "The Experience of Training Executive Personnel at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus."
In his presentation, he spoke about the history of the Academy’s establishment and emphasized its special role as a research and expert center in the field of public administration and ideology. The Academy continuously develops information and presentation materials for the National Information Days, which are held across the country every third Thursday of the month.
— "Currently, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus holds a key and central position in the professional training system for executive personnel and those in the leadership reserve. It serves as the leading scientific, practical, and expert center in the spheres of public administration, ideology, and personnel policy. Every year, over 10,000 trainees and students undergo education within the walls of the Academy," the Rector noted.
