The signing of the Cooperation Agreement between the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan took place on December 26.

The subject of the Agreement is cooperation in the implementation of educational programs in the field of professional training, retraining and advanced training of civil servants of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as methodological and scientific training of teaching staff of both parties.

The Agreement was signed by the Rector of the Academy of Public Administration Ihar Buzouski and the Rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Adham Bekmurodov.

Ihar Buzouski noted that the relations between the Academies of the two countries are not only partnership, but also friendly, and voiced proposals for the development of cooperation.

These include the implementation of the Visiting Professor programme; the organization and holding of joint scientific events and research; the exchange of experience in the field of up-to-date methods and best practices in the field of personnel training; organization of internships in the Republic of Belarus for civil servants from Uzbekistan; exchange of information materials and publications.
