The regulatory reserve system formed in the Republic of Belarus is a mechanism for career management and includes prospective personnel reserves, reserves of management personnel, special reserve groups, databases of promising workers and specialists, as well as gifted and talented youth, which can be considered, among other things, as sources of replenishing the above reserves.
Any talented young person under 31 years of age who is capable of management activities can be included in the prospective personnel reserve. Then he can be appointed to a management position or transferred to a higher level reserve. It is assumed that the person will be appointed to the position for which he is in the reserve.
A certain amount of work is carried out with a person in the reserve, aimed at developing his management competencies and professionalism.
The reserve system operating in the Republic of Belarus is an excellent support for talented people who deserve career advancement in the areas of management and public service.
