Center for Support for the Automated Data System «Reserve» was created in the structure of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus on 15.03.2007 pursuant to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus from 26.01.2007 № 46 «On Amendments and Additions to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus from 26.07.2004 № 354».
The Center carries out software, information, analytical and methodical support of the Аutomated Data System «Reserve», as well as research, organizational, methodological, analytical and consulting activities in the area of implementing the state HR policy.

Priority directions of work of the Center
Ensuring the maintenance of electronic accounting of leading personnel whose positions are included in the personnel registers of the Head of the State of the Republic of Belarus, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk City Executive Committee, their reserve and the prospective personnel reserve.
Development of organizational, software, technical and methodological documents for ensuring the functioning of the Center within its authority.
Improvement of ADS «Reserve» software.
Information-analytical and methodical support of work with personnel in the field of public administration and their reserve.
Studying the implementation of the state HR policy realized by administrative personnel, whose posts are included in the registers of the Head of the State of the Republic of Belarus, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, the regional executive committees and the Minsk City Executive Committee, and developing practical recommendations for its improvement.
Realization of monitoring of personnel potential of state management.
Formation, maintenance and methodological support of a single prospective staff reserve.
Provision of consulting services for maintaining the ADS «Reserve» and for working with personnel reserves.
