Closing ceremony of the joint project “Minsk Next Leaders-2009” between the Academy and the Department on Youth Affairs of Minsk City Executive Committee took place at Minsk City Hall in September. All participants received gifts and certificates from Minsk City Executive Committee. Ivan Zharkov, senior student of Institute of Managerial Personnel, was awarded a certificate of appreciation for his active participation in the youth state policy’s implementation in Minsk. The ceremony ended with the Project’s hymn performed by the singing studio of the Academy’s Artistic Lab of the Centre for Educational Work and Youth Initiatives.
