Summer School in Moscow

Lomonosov Moscow State University in cooperation with Russian Association of Schools and Institutes of Public Administration organises International Summer School for trainers. The School will be held from May 31st to June 4th, 2010 in Moscow, Russia.

Summer School Program is dedicated to the topic «Extracurricular communication with students as one of the main elements in preparing professionals for Public Administration».

The School is organised as a challenging international summer «train the trainers» educational programme, that enables faculty and trainers specialising in economics, law, sociology and public administration to acquire additional knowledge and skills in the sphere of extracurricular educational work with students.

The School’s programme is divided into four information blocks that include meetings devoted to the following topics:

1. extracurricular educational work as a means of revealing students’ potential and its further enhancing;
2. development of students’ ethical attitudes;
3. arrangement of students’ leisure time;
4. informal communication stimulation and social interaction development.

Target audience: employees and trainers of universities from CIS countries, Baltic States, Eastern Europe, who are involved in the learning process organisation (approximately 30-35 participants).

Working language: The Summer School will be conducted in Russian.
