Belarusian Experience for Students from St. Petersburg

Five junior students majoring in Public Relations from North-West Academy of Public Administration are taking an internship at the Academy during June, 14th-25th.

During the internship students will not only get acquainted with the Academy’s activities but will also visit the Chamber of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Minsk Tractor Plant, Belarus’ National State Television and Radio Company and Minsk City District Administration. Besides that, Russian students are going to meet with press representatives of the Academy and Belarus’ Ministry for Emergency Situations and take part in a panel discussion “Organisation of work with youth in Belarus Youth Union”.

Petersburg guests will also get acquainted with Minsk during a tour round the city.

The internship is organised by the Department of Enterprise Economics. And it is not for the first time that such student exchange takes place at the Academy. Last year students from St. Petersburg took an internship in Minsk in the framework of the cooperation agreement between the Academy and North-West Academy of Public Administration. Students from the Belarusian Academy in their turn also got acquainted with Russian experience in the sphere of state regulation of economics.
