Official Invitation for Education

The Academy of Public Administration issues official invitation letters for education. To receive such letter international citizen should file the following documents:

• application letter (according to the established format)

N.B.! Citizens of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan have a right to participate in the entrance examinations. Prior to examinations applicants should necessarily pass a professional psychological interview or testing at educational establishments (according to the rules set by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus) to enroll for the following undergraduate courses:

- Public Administration and Law
- Public Administration and Economics.

• notarized copies of educational certificates with a list of learned disciplines and grades or a document verifying applicant’s being in the last year of education.
• copy of passport or notarized copy of birth certificate or any other document verifying applicant’s identity
• notarized copy of medical examination, confirming that applicant’s state of health allows the possibility of studying in the climate conditions of the Republic of Belarus and at the corresponding educational establishment, issued by the official health authority of the country of applicant’s residence.
• 2 photographs (4x6 format)

All documents in the foreign languages should have a notarized translation into the Russian language.

Documents should be sent by post to the Centre of International Cooperation and Educational Programmes.

Incomplete package of documents, documents sent by fax or e-mail will not be considered.

Documents’ evaluation

Centre for International Cooperation and Educational Programmes takes 5 days to evaluate the filed documents and the Academy’s authorities decide whether the applicant is fit to study at the Academy of Public Administration.

If the decision is positive Centre for International Cooperation and Educational Programmes sends to the applicant an official invitation letter for education, which is required for visa issuing by the consular establishment of the Republic of Belarus in the country of applicant’s residence (for international students from the countries with a visa system of entrance to the Republic of Belarus).

Admission

Candidates, wishing to study at the Academy of Public Administration should file the following documents:

• visa permission for education in the Republic of Belarus
• health insurance in accordance with the legislative norms of the Republic of Belarus
• educational certificate with a list of studied subjects and grades
• health certificate, allowing education in the climate conditions of the Republic of Belarus and corresponding educational establishments, issued by the official health authority of the country of applicant’s residence
• health certificate on HIV-absence, issued by the official health authority of the country of applicant’s residence
• notarized copy of birth certificate
• 6 photographs (4x6 format)

Identity cards and original documents should be handed in personally by the candidate.

All the above mentioned documents should have a notarized translation into the Russian or Belarusian languages.

International and stateless students who don’t have certificates on completion of preparation courses are admitted to the Academy of Public Administration according to the results of the interview to determine that the language skills are sufficient for applicant’s successful completion of the chosen course. During the interview the applicant must show adequate skills and knowledge in the Russian language and in the area of the chosen major.

The cost of education for citizens from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan are equal to the educational fees for citizens of the Republic of Belarus. The cost of education for citizens of other foreign states is set by contracts.
