Renders overall management of the institution and personally reports on its efficiency performance to President of the Republic of Belarus. Chairs the Academy's Board. Editor-in-chief of the scientific practical journal "Problemi Upravlenija" ("Public Administration Issues"). Holds in direct account senior vice-rector, vice-rectors, directors of institutes, consulting professor, personnel and financial departments, press service and secretariat.

Senior Vice-Rector
Alexander Ivanovsky

Manages research team on rendering information support on ideological issues to educational institutions engaged in training civil servants. Supervises Academy's educational and research activities, endorses vice-rectors' decisions on current issues. Monitors ideological initiatives at the Academy. Coordinates interaction with specialists enlisted on government's and Academy's HR pools for managerial positions, supervises elaboration and implementation of professional development programmes for Academy's employees. Chairs professional assessment commission, commission on research grants and other commissions. Supervises Academy's administrative and security services.

Vice-Rector on Studies
Sergei Shauruk

Supervises educational process, procurement of teaching staff, tailoring of new study courses and services, implementation of innovative educational techniques. Coordinates assessment of new courses, elaboration and dissemination of study manuals and teaching guides, initiatives on quality improvement and funding outstanding students. Chairs committee on quality issues and standing committee on research expertise. Supervises Office on Development of Study Programmes and Research Methodological Council. Curates Institute of Civil Service and Institute of Managerial Personnel.

Vice-Rector on Research
Anna Ryabova

Supervises Academy's research and innovations programmes, coordinates research initiatives of undergraduate and in-service students. Manages research projects on public administration, state ideological policies, personnel and civil service policies, coordinates training and professional advancement courses for top executives. Supervises ICT system development project. Chairs Research Technical Board and tender commissions. Curates IT Centre, Research and Innovations Department, School for Graduate and Post-Graduate Education, Council on MA and PhD Theses Defense, Young Scientists' Council, temporary research groups and student research community. Curates Research Institute for Theory and Practice of Public Administration.

Vice-Rector on Academic Affairs
Ihar Hancharonak

Supervises educational, social and student initiatives at the Academy. Coordinates activities on international cooperation, research exchange, development and implementation of international research and study programmes. Supervises international student support services. Supervises preparatory study courses. Coordinates governmental social projects on funding under-privileged and orphan children. Heads accommodation committee, family support committee and health promotion committee. Curates Academy's Centre for Student Projects, International Centre, Publishing Centre, library, museum, Alumni Association, staff and student unions.

Vice-Rector on Maintenance and Procurement
Mr. Maxim Bord

Manages maintenance and procurement activities, coordinates safety and security services, promotes investment projects. Supervises refurbishing and construction works. Organises activities on raising staff awareness about energy saving issues. Chairs inventory commission and curates procurement department. Inspects Academy's facilities and sites (campus buildings, dormitories and refectories).
