E-Government solutions as instruments to qualify the public sector for the specific needs of small and medium sized enterPRISEs (SMEs) in the rural BSR – EgoPrise

The EGOPRISE project aims to make public authority services more receptive to the needs of businesses. E-government ensures more efficient and user-oriented work flows. This benefits small and medium-sized enterprises in rural areas in particular, as they have easier access to public services as well as to information, research institutes, personnel and cooperation partners. Collaboration with partners in the Baltic Sea region is designed to enhance the quality of public services across national borders. EGOPRISE also intends to improve cooperation between administrative bodies and make them more business-minded. Work flows between small businesses and administrative bodies will likewise be coordinated.
